In the US, Microsoft sells OEM licenses for its products that are tied to a
single PC. If the PC catches fire, you can't use the license on a replacement PC. If you want to be able to move the license from one computer to another, you need to by an end user license which is more money. If it is legal to limit the license to a single PC, why wouldn't it be legal to limit it to a single user? Mike Schumann "Jim Vincent" wrote in message . .. Why should I buy a new license when I can buy the license from a friend at a reduced cost? "Tuno" wrote in message oups.com... Does it matter? (What are you going to do, sue Naviter?!) Bend over, grab your ankles and buy a new license. It's a wonderful product and worth every penny. 2NO -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |
