I was reading in AIN about companies that got hit for a half-million $$$ for trivial paperwork errors. Last year the IRS screwed up our taxes (transposed two digits of our Tax ID #); it cost me $6,000 in fees for my CPA to track down the error (certainly the IRS wasn't about to admit their mistake) and straighten them out.
