Federalism is the enemy of any Democracy. Huge power in unelected
positions with huge budgets, and no oversight. It's just a matter of time

Federalists (libertarians) have always battled the anti-federalists and
their Federalism. The basic problem being that the People would never trust

We still have people pulling the Federal government three different
directions. Alabama still thinks federal supremacy has not been
established.

California is headed third world. The very rich and their servants.

The first thing the Aircraft Certification Office said to Knutson when he
went to get our TSOAs was how glad they are that Skylight did not leave
California. So many airplane related companies have left California that
the ACO is having trouble tracking them. FAA is going to require 6 month
"minor modification" reports, so they can find out where the 21.303
companies have fled to.

If the recall fails California may as well be flushed. Consider, when Davis
came to power California was the world's 5th largest economy and with the
Clinton bubble, California moved to the fourth largest economy, by last
Febuary California had fallen to 7th place. The State is in free fall and
the Silicon Valley may just be made into a park.

good thing. The forteenth amendmend somehow seems to apply to all but the
