For example, I found that I could remember my Father's and my Sister's birthdays by associating the fact that hers was three days earlier with the preposterous assertion that she was therefore three days older. Feel free to laugh all you want. Just remember that GUMP is also silly--but it works. Sounds familiar: Older sister: June 9, my dad, June 12, me June 14. We were sick of birthday cake after that. |
