We have a couple major river systems that have a lot of recreation and
hydro power dams, and the level has dropped so low on the lakes, that most
(or all on some lakes) boat launches are un-useable, and many people's
docks are sitting in the mud. Usually water is in no short supply, with
almost limitless useage, but not now. We are in really bad shape.

So if you know of a way to send your unwanted rain this way, get on it!



We have standing water in the ditches at the local airport. If it doesn't
drain soon, we'll be able to skate on it.
