Light-Sport Aircraft Join one of the largest online discussion groups. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Sport_Aircraft/ Gas Hog? Well, I am flying a 182 in about 2 to 3 weeks that will burn at cruise about 6-8 gallon's of JET-A per hour and had a range of 4,000+ NM producing full 230HP at 12.5 crusing at about 130 Knots.... Oh and 100LL & Jet A is Not Gas it's Fuel!!! How much gas can you buy with the money it costs to buy this fuel burner? Well, it's going to Africa and 100LL is really hard to obtain there and if you do get it its more than likely coming out of a rusty barrel. |
