According to Matt B. it is because the parents that don't get
involved are
products of the public schools, and the teachers are mostly stupid,
because they are products of the public schools.

I don't buy it. There are always exceptions, though.

Matt is constant, that is one fact. His story never changes away from
a very narrow stance.
