If you make the claim it's up to you to back it up. Yea, its's under "presumed/Implied Consent" organ donation laws for Prisoners and Detainees! where you must opt-out!!! That's for donating organs from the recently deceased, as opposed to live people. The issue at hand is forcibly harvesting organs from prisoners. They do that in China. They don't do it here. |
