Reminds me of the programme on Boeing's JSF prototype - they had a hell of a time trying to made a single piece upper wing skin in CFRP without getting any defects (bubbles in the surface IIRC) - I wonder how the Airbus wing box overcomes it? Can't wait to see this thing fly! David |
