Radio or call the CTAF and treat it as any other CTAF and simply self
announce? Or should I be calling the FSS frequency and then who would
I get? Any help in keeping me (and others) safe and helping me avoid
embarrassent will be appreciated.


The A/FD says to contact Millville Radio for airport advisory service on
123.65, which is the CTAF. You are not required to contact them, nor is
anyone else. They can advise you of other aircraft that have called, or you
can keep track yourself.
