Any time you want a piece of software, you have to get a special version (and no I won't use the emulator). No, I don't. Most of the software I use has no equivalent on any other OS. Hogwasher, for example, is a Mac-only newsreader. If I need to use some Windows-only software, I move over to my Windows box. The fact that I haven't even booted my Windows box in over three weeks should let you know how affected I am... If you are looking for a particular piece of software, chances are the first one you find will be for windows. Nope. Not the stuff I use on a daily basis. Lucky you. Not especially. There are millions more like me. Why use a minority? Because it does what I want, the way I want to do it, when I want to do it, and doesn't give me any grief. This is not unique to Macs. Never said it was. Minorities must be extinguished. Now you're sounding crazy. Why dya say that? Re-read what you said. |
