Default DHC-6 Series 400: Twin Otter Flies again

Viking Air based in Western Canada has all the plans from DHC-1 'Chipmunk'
up to the Dash 7 as obtained from Bombardier/DeHavilland of Canada.
Currently they are building DHC-2 Beavers as there is a requirement for this
aircraft still. If there is enough demand for Buffalos again, they will
start a production line of them, just like Caribou's or in this case
'Twotters'.

I wonder if they'll put the Buffalo back into production; that would set
the cat amongst the pidgeons.
