No Ps value for a turning aircraft is possible without an altitude inclusion since the same g and a specific airspeed will produce a different Ps at different altitudes for any turning aircraft. Therefore a specific Ps value either positive, negative, or on the Ps=0 line can't be assumed in the question since altitude was NOT given.
