Well, it's not very tempting to me. But it does have the virtue of
merging the proven technologies of the dune buggy and the powered
parachute. Add a permanent enclosed storage space to house the foil when
on the road, and it should be marketable in enough quantity to turn a
profit.

It certainly has more utility than a lot of the "personal watercraft" that
are sold in my area.
