Peace in rap!?

Meanwhile, it's been a positively brutal year for aviation so far in
Oregon.

Same here in Iowa. Our FBO's business is down over 50% from 2008, which
was, itself, an awful year.

FBOs up and down I-80 are shut down or on half-time hours. Many times,
while flying, we are the only ones talking to approach, and the FAA is
talking about downgrading the Cedar Rapids tower (and a whole slew of
others) due to low traffic count.

It's been like reading a bad movie script. It's going to take a friggin'
miracle for GA to live through this recession/depression...
