Default Icom A14 handheld radio headset?

*Is there a
popular headset among glider pilots which will work with this radio?

Something lightweight, but I'd prefer an over the head headset rather
than behind the ears, single earplug, etc.

my personal favorite (very popular at gliderport!): http://tinyurl.com/2ds4eb8

oh, my bad. over the head. got it (may slightly obscure vision):

The classic Plantronics MS50/T30 aviation headsets are great in a
glider. Because you don't have engine noise to deal with you can
simply dispense with the ear piece and use the handheld speaker or on
board speaker. The mic quality of these is amazing and they are so
tiny and lightweight you forget you have them on. They can be clipped
to sunglasses or worn with a headband. No matter which way you turn
your head the mic is right there which is even nicer than a boom mic.
In a training glider which you are getting into and out of regularly
managing the cords and headsets is a pain so boom mics are in order in
that case.
