My theory is that over half of all usenet posters
have Aspergers, another portion having other brain and mental disorders, and only a tiny portion of usenet posters are mentally healthy. Usenet is rife with misfits and psych disability cases. The lunatics run the usenet asylum, with their own twisted rules and twisted morality.

The percentage of mental cases on USENET is the same as percentage of mental cases in the "real" world. And just like the "real" world the mental cases are the most vocal.
