Mark,

Your link should be _Down_ not _Down's_ which means that you are using
the British medical nomenclature. This child is fortunate having lived
to this age. The cardiac conplications of DS are fatal in over 50% of
the males. The number of other problems - GI tract, apneas, vision -
related to DS are the most stressful issues not the mental
retardation.

It would have been more accurate to have found a singularly mentally
deranged link.

I could be lying though
