No, because he does neither explicitly deny the holocaust nor actively promote NAZI symbols or slogans (which is indeed illegal to do in public in Germany). Apart from that, it's perfectly legal to be a NAZI fan and say so - one of the drawbacks of a free society ;-). Andreas
