Can not connect to Blipmap site

I haven't been able to connect since yesterday. Several other members of my club have had the same experience.

Some people have issue, some not. Dr. Jack is working on the problem with his provider. In the meantime he suggests to use his IP address instead, e.g:
http://70.84.61.82/BLIP/NAM/CANV/index.html
