Non, they were american too; the same companys that were negociating
with the Taliban up until 9/11 for pipelines through Afghanistan. The American pipeline runs through Iran. (Union Oil) http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/1984459.stm Being French, maybe your German is better than your English. Out of arguments are we?? (grin) Although the UN and France and the UK were compromised by Saddam's oil brobes to individuals, there don't seem to be German fingers in that pie. Sure.
