Especially given the politics surrounding that operation and that individual. What contests have you guys organized recently? I have zero politics around this operation nor this individual. I hope it is a safe, successful and fun event.

My comment was merely pointing out what I hope was a typo in the airspace restrictions. If you look back at your own post history on r.a.s., you seem to joke around a bit as well, so one would hope that you wouldn't take such offense at a bit of humor.

Lighten up a bit, guys. I, too, was poking fun at an obvious typo. Hope they will get them corrected, and I hope the weather cooperates so a good time can be had by all.

On another question about possible typos, how is the scoring going to work? Number of entries is max number of points? Then is it based on your percentage of winning speed for your points? The example didn't show this. Used 50 MPH winning, 40 MPH for "Pilot X" and he got 9 points. And no points if you don't finish, correct?

FWIW, I am working on a "Relay Race" format. Two pilots, one or two planes.. First pilot does his lap, hands it over to the second pilot to do his lap. Second pilot can't start before first pilot gets back if using two planes. Can team fly to have one pilot help the other find lift. Either match up glider types or handicap each within the team. Considering minimum time between finish of lap one and start of lap 2 for two plane teams in order to give one plane teams a chance to switch pilots and not lose too much ground. Time for the team will be time on course for each team member.
