I seem to recall Dean Carswell asking me to keep it over the airport and not go above 50 mph. The old Bird Dog was shaking like a (pardon the expression) wet dog throughout the tow. Or we could remove the engines from a PBY-5a Catalina and turn the pontoons up to get (nearly) the same effect.
