CAI 302 volume control problem - have others tried this?

I have an Ipaq connected to the CAI 302, but when the volume turned up I actually also tried to control it from the Ipaq. So it does not seem to be the problem. Also, I have tried removing the Ipaq, and I still cannot control the volume on the CAI 302. So it looks like it is something internally in the CAI 302. Best regards Mads
