Kuettner's in Chapter 2 as discoverer of mountain waves, along with Hirth,
Deutschmann, Steinig. Scorer was the first to explain (rather than discover) the waves, with the Scorer parameter. The dedication is a pretence, as an excuse for digging up the unwelcome Nazi stuff in Chapter 2.
