writeup! A Majorly Nifty, Epic Flight...epic at multiple levels. Epic straight
line distance aside, this is the sort of flight every XC glider pilot vividly
remembers for all its uncertainties, personal-limits-expanding situations, and
gamut of emotions throughout the flight. Whether 10, 100 or 1000 miles, this
is why so many rate XC soaring as life-enhancing!!!
