Feeling like you are alone in the whole thing makes it much harder. The knowledge to be gained is the tough part. The "training" is little compared to prepping for the knowledge portions. GO for it! UH

That's good. Many parts of the country it is hard to find a DPE to do an initial CFI Glider checkride.
