SGS 2-32 within 120sm of NYC?
Unfortunately, yard creek won't do anything but rides in the 2-32
Any other suggestions? --Bob

If you plan it right airfare isn't too bad, and a lot of places have a bunkhouse so you could spend the weekend. I know Chilhowee soaring offers dual time in their 2-32. I'm sure there's others around too. Typically solo rental isn't available for these beasts. That was the case with Schweizer School years ago -- they'd sign you off for PIC in the thing, but wouldn't let you fly alone in order to keep the CG forward. Matt
