If they'd watched him for 20-30 seconds before slotting him then maybe
I'd agree. . that was a two second burst of gunfore (possibly from two
different directions looking at repeatedly at the video - the chest shot
seems to come from on high and the second burst from another direction
and more or less at the same level). So to accuse them of "killing the
wounded" is just being mischevious isn't it? Besides, after shot one he
sat on his arse and there was still an RPG at his side. So he was still
technically a combatant. If you're going to contend that that 2-3 seconds
between shot one and the others was enough to let the troops decide he
was wounded and no longer a threat I'd have to contend that you work in
slo-time, Matrix style and that he probably would have had time to whip
up a white flag and start waving it in your little compressed time
world. No? Don't be so ****ing specious then.
