Power Flarm with ADS-B out?

Some of the folks with ADS-B will become lax about visually scanning for traffic. I've was giving our L/D-impaired-brethren the benefit of the doubt. I assume that power traffic does not see me. I've been overtaken close by on my six. ADS-B will make this problem worse for unequipped gliders and better for TABS-equipped gliders.
