Well yes but Lee Marvin was a US marine who saw action
in the Pacific and was wounded during the invasion of Saipan. There were a lot of veterans who made movies, but the eerie thing about Marvin is that until very late in life he looked like he was still active duty--and at 46 he looked like he could take men half his age. |
