Probably not. But why bother? Simply removing the paint from an aluminum
spinner and polishing the bare metal is relatively easy and inexpensive.
You can even do it yourself, since it's not a control surface. Properly
polished, the bare aluminum will be almost as shiny as chrome. The only
(very minor) negative is that aluminum is more prone to staining, so you
will have to polish a bit more frequently than you would with chrome.

We did this a couple of years ago on our Arrow, with good results. The
whole effort took about one day using a kit we got at OSH.
