I own a Cr, and I was looking into the possibility of the open canopy
mod. There is a TM available from Schleicher that outlines the process
of building the open canopy. Unfortunately the TM-23 is in German.

The gist of the TM is that you build a canopy frame from the plans
(which are not available in the online version), and you need to close
off the rest of the fuselage when using the open canopy.

TM/Plans would be. I'll update you guys when I hear back from them

Got a reply from Schleicher. they will send you the entire TM, and
plans to build the canopy free of charge. The TM I have is in German
(not a problem for me), and I don't know if they have an English
version.

Hey Rob,

IVSM is not out of the question. We'll see how far the economic dive
takes us. I know I'd be a fool to miss it.

Planning to make Marfa for Wave Camp but even that is questionable.
My wife and I hope to be there but she's had a possible conflict come
up. We'll see...
