I've started a blog about my experiences as a student pilot and now as a
low-time private. I hope this will be helpful to new soaring student pilots. When I was starting out, I found a wonderful web site for those new to the sport, that really helped me a lot. That site's gone, so I thought I'd try to return the favor. My blog isn't really a how-to site, it's more of a journal of my progress, hints that I've picked up, and my thoughts. This will appear very elementary to those who have been soaring for a while - I'm not an expert on anything except my learning experience! Check it out at http://rogersoaring.blogspot.com Feel free to post additional information and experiences - that's what blogging is all about! |
