....flying destination?
....reason for flying?
....rating you'll work on?
....flying related goal?

I've been promised that spring is coming. Many of us that have flown very
little or maybe not at all during the last several months will soon be
shaking the cobwebs from our heads and blowing the dust off our wings.

Tell us where you'll be going and what you'll be doing!

My wife has been making preliminary plans to take a short tour with the
first stop at Hershey, PA, then maybe Niagara Falls and onto Cedar Point at
Sandusky, OH, then onward to the in-laws near Grand Rapids, MI. When?
We're not quite sure, but I'm sure it will be after all our snow is gone.

What about you?

Jim

Back home to Syracuse from Buffalo later this week.

About 95 % is business-related, using the aircraft as a commuting tool.

Commercial, since I believe I already have all non-instructional requirements
met and that have about 400 hours in a complex/high-performance to date.

...flying related goal?

Take my three boys on a month-long flying vacation across the US or up into
Canada. Given that the youngest is only two, this most likely won't happen
for at least four more years.

Hey Peter,

Stop in Lawton (LAW or KLAW if you prefer G) if you are heading west. I
would really like to meet you and the boys.

With luck, I will still be around the area--72 this July, hope for a lot
more years!! :-)))))))

Regards,
Paul

KLBE, to have a pre-buy done on a Warrior I'm thinking of buying half
of (although I haven't decided yet if I want the nose or the tail).

My answers to the other two questions have a lot to do with how that
goes, but the preliminary answers are "instrument" and "taking my new
toy to visit as many airports as possible", Otherwise, the answers
are probably "instrument" and "taking a rented skyhawk to as many
airports as I can afford to - as long as I remember to schedule far
enough in advance, get it back before I get nailed for the daily
minimum, and all that other stuff that goes along with renting I hope
I don't have to deal with anymore "

Jim,
I am in up in Saginaw, and we are near Cedar point frequently on
summer weekends.. Give the group notice when you make the trip, maybe
we can share a cuppa joe somewhere...

Looks like a nice airport you have there! I'll take you up on that offer when
the time comes.

If the engine is strong and young take the nose 1/2.
