Okay Gang
My second challenge didn't go so well. But at the very least give me an A
for effort if not for success, and many thanks for those who contributed
images to both challenges...

A a lot of very cool and exciting stuff was submitted, and I hope it
continues...

Attached is another of my failed images.. This time it was in Oshkosh about
3 years ago. I think you can figure out why I was snarling and spitting..

Andrew

Yes, it is difficult to get a good shot of the weather monitoring equipment
when a passing aircraft trips your auto-focus.

Yeah!!!!
That's it I meant to take a picture of the equipment and not the F15 in the
background!!!

Of course it only took me 3 years to figure that out, and why do I suddenly
feel a little slow?

That was Oshkosh 2005
That F15 was a flight of 2 from Massachusetts who made a sudden
appearance at the air show. They came in I was sitting alongside
the taxiway in front of the speaker stand. What a thrill that was to see
them do their
thing for 4 passes overhead.

I have to disagree. I was with Andrew in Oshkosh
and it was 2004. Evidence attached. : )

recall.

Lynn,
I would be more than happy to do a repost but, I have kind of a busy
schedule for the next few weeks. You see I still have to prepare a
presentation and proposal for a serious paying client on Tuesday morning
around 9:30am. followed by a practise shoot also on Tuesday. On Wednesday I
have two police training flights (I maybe riding in the front for one of
them!), and another serious shoot on Sunday night. All the while I need to
get some sleep and work in my full time job. The following week I also have
several meetings planned which I have to attend with a couple of police
departments. Oh I just found out that right in the middle of my vacation in
September to see the NAS Oceana Air Show, there is a plane pull at Dulles
Airport near where I live.

At the least though I can give you a flash back...
