If you're serious check the commercial studio soundstage rentals for
interior mockups. Remember you need to have both a full cabin for shot
axis' running fore and aft as port or starboard cabin half-sections to give
you enough subject-to-camera relief for transverse shots, tracking and dolly
shots as people move in the cabin, etc. Really really hard to do all that
in the confines of an actual aircraft.
