I believe that in most installations providing glideslope the KX-170B is
either paired with a KN-214 indicator that has a built-in GS receiver or with a KN-109 indicator and remote KN-75 GS receiver. In both cases, the GS receiver is "channeled" from the KN-170B. I suspect that (the channeling connections between the KX-170B and the KN-75 or KI-214) is where your problem lies. -- -Elliott Drucker
