All three had carburetors, apparently in addition to the "dribble feed" fuel intake used by most rotaries. Carb parts for the Le Rhone are sold at http://www.lerhoneauburn.com and you will find a rather vague photo there. Looks like a new carb would be worth somewhere around $5,000.
