Oh, I'm sure if you really thought about it you could list a whole bunch of "rights" that you have, and take advantage of, that others might well consider as nonexistant. Let's start with aviation and everything that goes with it (e.g. weather briefings). Absolutes are difficult and the rest is just a matter of degree.
