Thanks for the link to the PZL site. While all the experts are interested,
does anyone know how many SZD-38 gliders were manufactured? I have one of
the prototypes that was brought out to Australia in 1974, but have never
been able to find out for sure if it went into production or if they went
straight to the 20.5 metre Jantar 2B.

to SZD-40 Halny which had a somewhat similar Jantar look, was built in
