First of all, wine makers have been blending wines since there was such a thing as wine makers. It's quite common, and I doubt American wine producers are the only ones doing it. Secondly, who cares if the wine is blended? What you care about is how the wine tastes. It's not like there's some health hazard to blended wines or anything. The label isn't required to tell you whether you'll like the wine or not, and blending is irrelevant to the question of whether you'll like the taste. Pete |
