I just took another look at the 3 May list and 9B is
correct, there were 8 on the list who didn't fly (16% drop-out). I'm in favor of allowing new guys in, but do we need both reverse seeding and no seeding for those within the sponsoring region? Aren't these rules doing the same thing? How about just 5 to 10 reverse seeded pilots for any regionals given out on a first come, first served basis?
