She can't post what she doesn't have. The guy joined the military when he
was 18 and retired at 38. So if has a criminal record he must have did something in service and that is highly unlike considering how high his rank was when he retired. A speeding ticket and parking ticket do not count. If he got in any trouble as a minor that doesn't count either since it does not go on the record.
