You are correct on most of those items, except that 701 does have an
option for folding wing. See

While it does exist, I don't think its very popular.

You are right I had forgotten. It's funny, after being involved in the
Zenith building community since 2002 I have never seen it mentioned anywhere
outside of the Zenith Website.
