Actually, it's a trait common among depressives, especially more
intelligent ones. It's unkind of me, but I don't like having
depressives among my workers, and do all I can to prevent their being
hired, or if hired, encourage (strongly encourage!) them getting
professional help or getting out. A little depression with one guy can
actually reduce the effectiveness of a team. Who needs that? I run a
business, not a social services company.
