I saw the unpainted prototype in one of Windward Performance's hangars over a year ago. The motors are small, very high output (a Joby specialty), and the propellers are carbon fiber - very light. It's not really a "tilt rotor" in my understanding, but a tilt wing with normal motors and propellers (not rotors).
