It is a local AM broadcast station in LA.

Dumbass on my part, there evidently is a airport KXTA, Homey. Been
spending too much time in LA, got it on the brain....

Hey Join, how's retirement treating yah? Keeping busy? Sorry can't
help w/ the airport. I thought that the VW man would know, but this
time he's the one asking huh?

He's not asking. He's being clever.

Area 51 is in restricted airspace with an "unknown" controlling agency.
That explains why it's hard to find the phone number.

Looks like they have new SAT imagery of Area 51. The Google Photos didn't
used to be that detailed of that area.
