Default Questions for Jim Weir

Hello Jim,
Would appreciate your comments, if any, on the following but only if it it
will only take about a minute of your time.

Re Collions 476X-3 Transponder Test Set
What is difference between the -1 and the -3 units?
Is the interrogation process initiated by an internal timer in the test set
as there appears to be not any "press to test"?
AND if RST is involved with magnetoes, what equipment do you use to comply
with the 50 Gohm capacitor leakage test required by Slick?
With thanks
