Live Airport Traffic Monitoring by
Mark T. Dame
The Passur AirportMonitor (http://www.passur.com/sites.htm) is pretty
cool, but unfortunately my area isn't covered by any of the available
installations. Does anyone know of a similar service that covers the
Cincinnati area?
Thanks.

UK PPL training by
Dave
Hi,
I'm currently doing my PPL training after work and in evenings and it's
taking me forever. I keep getting lessons cancelled due to bad weather
and numerous problems with ATC staff.
My main goal is just to be up in the air flying. I think eventually I'd
like to become an instructor.
Can any...

I wanted to pass along a great website for anyone who is in general aviaition and possibly looking for a plane. Their owner is honest and a real pro. Lots of inventory. Give their website a look.

Link to B-777 upset? by
Capt.Doug
In the recent Airbus nose gear thread, someone posted a link to a report
about a B-777 fly-by-wire upset. I can't find it now and am asking if
someone can bring up the link to this report.
TIA,
D.

Copilot training program by
Yossarian
I'm considering putting together a "copilot training program" for my
flight school. This course is targeted towards regular passengers who
are not interested in becoming private pilots themselves--the spouse or
friend who goes flying with you all the time. The program would focus
on making that...

Aircraft Mechanics Wanted by
[email protected]
My company has an immediate need to fill aircraft mechanic positions in
various cities in Maryland, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Florida.
These jobs are mostly contract work with some temp-to-perm
opportunities. Contract jobs pay competitive wages with very generous
per diem.

Sport Pilot Q For Sacramento Area by
three-eight-hotel
I've got one of the neatest nieghbors a person could ever ask for.
He's 77 years old and had over 1000 hours before he received a major
bypass operation back in 1986. He's as alert and sharp and has a very
active life, but he let his medical expire back in 1988 (never been
denied a medical) and...

2 "emergencies" this AM by
Robert M. Gary
My partner and I went up in the Mooney this AM to take advantage of the
unusual overcast at MHR. Tower was reporting around 1,000 overcast with
vis around 3. We took off from our little foothills airport (non-tower)
right behind a Luscome who seemed to depart right into the soup. In the
2 hours it...
